My first post

Greetings!

Sometimes I have good ideas. Admittedly, sometimes I do not. I'm not sure yet how the idea to publish a blog will turn out. My wife and I have two children --- ages three and 6 months. Accordingly, we are often up at awful times of the night with nothing to do but feed a bottle and collect our thoughts. At 3 a.m. coherent thoughts are somewhat hard to come by. But last night as the 6-month old drained his bottle, I thought that a blog would be a great way to keep a journal of my experiences in practice and in life. We will see how entertaining, informative, and creative it becomes.
